Questions About The Elite Health Practice

Will Naturopathic Medicine Work for Me?

Clinical Naturopathy is an evidence-based, comprehensive health care system. Here at Elite Health, we never start care without an exhaustive workup of multiple tests. In our office alone, we utilize over eight different testing modalities. Live blood analysis, urine studies, saliva studies, iridology, bio-energetic feedback, and the list goes on.

We study each patient from many different angles. In terms of outside labs, we can order from the very best functional labs on the planet. The whole point of all this testing is to be able to FINALLY find and fix the ROOT CAUSE of your chronic health issues.

The typical conventional provider only orders ONE type of test, which is standard blood labs. Standard blood labs might reveal 10% of your health, at best. The stark truth is that conventional providers are trained to save lives in an emergency, but have little to no training for complex, chronic health issues like yours.

Would you ask an expert auto mechanic to bake a world-class wedding cake? To plainly answer the question, “Will naturopathic medicine work for me?” In most cases, YES! But it’s because we are really good detectives.

Once we do the proper due diligence, we will know what is causing the conditions. From there, it’s just a matter of following the custom plan of care, and there is no doubt you will get results. The only question that remains is, are you ready to take back control of your health?

The Naturopathic Exam will demonstrate my passion, level of empathy, broad knowledge, and clinical skill. After the exam is completed, I will present the report of findings (my conclusions as to what is causing your chronic health issues). You will have ample opportunity to see if we are a good fit.

To be up front, you are vetting me at the Exam, and I am vetting you. You need to be sure that I am the right provider for you and that your heart and gut are telling you this is the right next step for you (or not).

And, I must also be sure you are at the right place in your journey, where you are open to being coached by an expert, and you are ready to begin a journey of growth (or not). In other words, there is ZERO pressure to become a patient.

Only if we both mutually decide we are a good fit for each other, do we then talk about next steps. If we are not a good fit, you will not have wasted one minute of your time, as you will have a world-class report of findings on what is the ROOT CAUSE of your chronic health issues.

When you look at it this way, you can’t lose!!

I feel your frustration and hesitation. I’ve felt this way personally, and many of my patients as well.

It is sadly common for most patients to not be taken seriously by some providers, or their providers just do not have the skillset they need. They are sometimes told it’s all in their head and are placed on antidepressants.

Or, the provider just blames a gland like their thyroid, and puts them on a medication

But what our patients tell us is that they finally feel heard here at Elite Health. They finally feel “seen” by a provider who has empathy and wants to partner with them to find a solution.

I have experienced multiple life-altering health challenges yet found a way to conquer them. The entire reason I became a Naturopath is to help end needless suffering. To finally show patients there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

Naturopathic medicine is my passion, but healing is my purpose.

I have a healthy respect for conventional providers, such as family docs, emergency medicine docs, gynecologists, and etc. I feel we absolutely must be open to seeking the care of a conventional provider WHEN IT’S APPROPRIATE.

These physicians are trained in medicine that treats acute and sometimes life-threatening conditions. I am not.

On the other hand, they are NOT trained on chronic conditions. I am.

The key is to ask yourself before considering working with Elite Health, “Are my conventional providers looking for and putting together a plan to help me solve the ROOT CAUSE of my issues?”

If not, then it’s time to start a new journey and consider naturopathic medicine, aka, root cause medicine, to finally put your suffering to bed. It’s completely fine to keep a conventional provider in your back pocket just in case.

But it does not make sense to continue to be seen regularly and treated by doctors who are not helping you make progress. In closing, it’s YOUR health journey, and YOU should decide who is on your team of providers.

We empower our patients to advocate for what they feel is best for themselves.

We do not take insurance, but we can bill your HSA card. Insurance may authorize dozens of drugs and procedures, but rarely do they find or fix the root cause.

It’s best to consider investing in your own health, and not in the insurance industry. Their primary goal is to make MONEY, not to help you get healthy. They support a sickcare system, not a healthcare system.

We find that when patients invest in their own healthcare journey, they are far more successful in healing and going into remission.

Furthermore, when you add up all the costs of being chronically ill, such as copays, lost wages, and other expenses which are not covered by insurance, studies show that it ends up costing EACH patient over $200,000 over their lifetime.

So, there is a massive hidden cost to insurance coverage that you may not be aware of. A year of quality naturopathic care is a tiny fraction of this total cost, plus you are investing in a SOLUTION, and not a broken system that keeps you sick. Choose wisely.
